I didn’t care for this book too much. It’s about a mouse (or is he a rat) anyhow it’s about a mouse who’s hungry so he eats all food he can find in the kitchen. At the end each item has his body colored a different color. You read the story so that when he sees a yellow… (something) you turn to page to find out it’s corn. You can see only a little bit of the corn on the previous page, so it’s kind of like a guessing game. I think this book would be really fun with really young kids. You could make it fun if you give the kid time to guess what the item is. But just reading it straight thru you end up tossing it aside saying “well that was a dumb book”
